WELCOME to Polo Café & Catering Bridgeport U.S.A., established in 1914 as Kupshas Confectionery; and re-opened in 1985 as Polo Nuts and Candy, Etc., then expanded with food service and catering in 1990 by chef/owner Dave Samber, who with his Staff continues to bring you . . .

Included:  exclusive use of the facilities (FACILITIES CHARGE:  M-Th 7-11 AM or M-W after 3 PM $225; Sat 2-5 PM $175; Fri-Sat after 4 PM-close café $1,500; Sun $350; $95/

half-hour after four hours); white china, stainless dinnerware, stem glassware; serving pieces & chafers; Polo green table cloths & white linen napkins skirting; table greens for buffet; candles & votives; house tables & chairs; coat room; CD's & changer; audio system; lighted parking lot; cold sodas, Longbottom Black Gold Blend coffee, iced tea & iced water.

Not included: staff fee (22% total food & bar total; $145 minimum); facilities charge; 10.5% sales tax; discretional gratuities; table centerpieces, decorations; entertainment; custom cakes, desserts, linen, china & rentals; coat check ($50); liquor:  CASH Bar (bartender $75); TAB BAR (includes bartender)$3-4/beers; $5-6/wines/Champagne; $5.50+mixed; $7+/spirits & mar-tinis; PACKAGE Bar:  one hour $14/person; two hours $22/person; three hours $28.50/per-son; four hours $32.50/person; tab thereafter; punches from $50/ bowl; DJ ($250+); valet parking service (from $650+); add 35%/guest if under minimum count.

Custom menus and planning are made through chef/owner Dave Samber.  All food and beverages shall be from our Polo Cafe's premises or another licensed facility.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the Estimated Total is required to confirm a date; final guest guaranty and balance of the Estimated Total is expected five business days before the event; any balance must be paid at the end of the event.  Please make checks payable to Bridgeport U.S.A.
