Custom menus and planning are made through chef/owner Dave Samber.  All food and beverages shall be from Polo Café's premises or another licensed facility.  A 50% non-refundable deposit of the Estimated Total is required to confirm a specific date; final guest guaranty and balance of the Estimated Total is expected five business days before the event; any balance must be paid at the end of the event.  Please make checks payable to Bridgeport U.S.A.
