Includedselect menu; exclusive use of the space (heated or air-conditioned); custom set-up; Eschenbach porcelain or clear glass china, Sambonet 1810 dinnerware, stem glassware; serving pieces & chafers; white table linen & napkins; skirting; show-stopper floral centerpiece for buffet; candles & votives; house tables & mahogany chairs; coat room; CD's & changer; audio system; stage lighting;

use of Wurlitzer grand piano; audio-lighting; lighted parking lot; cold sodas, Bridgeport Coffee Company® gourmet coffee, iced tea & water.

Not included

           - 10.0% sales tax on total food, bar, and other taxable charges;

        - staff fee (23% total food & bar total; $195 minimum); discretional staff gratuities (5-10% of food & beverage, suggested);

        - facilities charge is $800 for four hours, plus $6.50/person (additional $175/half-hour after four hours); Mezzanine (only) $150                     (three hours, up to 24 Guests; $50/half-hour thereafter); wedding ceremony & reception (six hours) flat fee is $1,800;

           -  table centerpieces, decorations; entertainment; custom cakes & desserts; custom linen & rentals; coat check attendant ($50);

           -  Liquor:  CASH Bar: (minimum) $125/bartender; or TAB Bar:  (includes bartender): from $3.50/beers; from $5/wines/Champagne;

              from $6/mixed; from $7/spirits & martinis; or PACKAGE Bar: one hour $14/person; two hours $22/person; three hours $28.50/

              person; four hours $32/person; tab thereafter; punches from $50/bowl; Host Liquor Fee $10/person, includes liquor license

              and dram shop insurance (minimum fee-$500);

           -  DJ; bands; valet parking; photographer; use of Polo Café's Rodgers 360 Theatre Organ & Organist (from $350);

           -  add 35% of food & beverage total if under minimum guest count.

Custom menus and planning are made through chef/owner Dave Samber.  All food and beverages shall be from Polo Café's premises or another licensed facility.  A 50% non-refundable deposit of the Estimated Total is required to confirm a specific Proposal;final guest guaranty and balance of the Estimated Total is ex-pected five business days before the event; any balance must be paid at the end

of the event.  Please make checks payable to Bridgeport U.S.A. Corporation.  (A $500.00 non-refundable deposit holds a date until 30 days prior to an event and is appricable to the 50% required at that time.)  Art of Barter trade is limited to 50% of food and non-alcoholic beverages only.  Prices and selections may change without notice.
