All food and beverages shall be from Polo Café's premises or another licensed
facility. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the Estimated Total is
required to confirm a specific Proposal;final guest guaranty and balance of the Estimated Total is ex-pected five
business days before the event; any balance must be paid at the end
of
