Custom menus and planning are made through chef/owner Dave Samber. All food and beverages shall be from Polo Café's premises or another licensed
facility. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the
Estimated Total is required to confirm an event within 30 days of its date; a $500.00 non-refundable deposit confirms a date more than 30 days from its time and shall be forfeited if a 50% non-refundable deposit is not made within 30 days of the event; final guest guaranty and payment of the Estimated Total balance is expected five business days before

Center on Halsted, Zhou B Art Centre, Douglas Dawson Gallery, WGN-TV, WGN-Radio, ABC-TV, St. James Catholic Church (29th & S, Wabash), and are approved to cater at The Chicago Cultural Center, Chicago Public Schools, and Bridgeport Art Centre (35th & S. Racine).
